Who is this for?
Entrepreneurs and business owners who have built something real but hit a ceiling. You are typically generating between £500k and £5m in revenue, wearing too many roles, and the bottleneck is not a lack of strategy. It is something deeper. Industry does not matter. The pattern is the same.
What makes this different from a business coach?
I am not a coach. I am a strategist and advisor who has run P&Ls, executed M&A, led teams, and sat in every chair you are sitting in. The difference is that I also work on the person running the business, because thirty years have shown me that the strategy only holds when the operator is aligned.
Do I need to do the "life" work?
You do not sign up for identity work. You sign up because your business is stuck. What we find, almost always, is that the ceiling is personal. The life work is not a separate offering. It is what makes the business strategy actually work.
Can I start with just the strategy call?
Yes. The 30-minute call is free, and it is a genuine diagnostic conversation, not a sales pitch. If the fit is not right, I will tell you.
I am not based in the UK. Can we still work together?
Yes. I work with entrepreneurs internationally. Sessions run over video. Pricing is in GBP; I can quote in USD where relevant.
